Real estate, one of the most valuable assets and one of the most effective ways to create generational wealth. Yet, we as black people don't take advantage of this opportunity. Why? We don't know enough about it. This leaves us scared and in the dark when it comes to real estate investing, or for that matter, investing on a whole.
Mr. Jay Morrison aka Young Malcolm has made it his duty to combat these issues in our community. From an ex-drug dealer and 3-time felon, a mogul, visionary an activist was born. His online university, Jay Morrison Academy, his real estate crowdfund, Tulsa Real Estate Fund and his corner classes, where he hits the streets of some of the toughest inner cities, (Baltimore, The Bronx, Atlanta, Newark, etc.) to give his people some valuable knowledge on financial education and building generational wealth. Mr. Morrison provides the tools for us to buy our blocks back!
Jay Morrison Academy offers online classes, credit coaching and even one on his one coaching for those who are serious about taking their financial education and real estate portfolio to the next level. His bestselling book "Lord of My Land, 5 Steps to Homeownership" provides step by step info on homeownership. His Tulsa real estate fund allows for those who want to take a more passive approach to real estate investing a chance to do so. Tulsa, Michigan was the site of the first black Wall Street, a completely self-sustained neighborhood with their own banks, school, supermarkets etc. all black-owned. This neighborhood was bombed and completely destroyed by the US government. Mr. Morrison's Tulsa real estate's fund goal is to recreate this Black Wall Street in black neighborhoods across the country. Jay Morrison has dedicated his life to his people. A multi-millionaire still giving game to the people who need it most.
